Relief Care Worker for Independent Living (Older Adults)

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking a Relief Support Worker for our supported living scheme in Reddish, Stockport. You will provide personalised care and support to older adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs, promoting independence and dignity.
