Relief Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)

The West Brom in Solihull is seeking a Relief Customer Service Advisor (Part Time) to provide a friendly, informed service across branches. Based at Shirley with cover available in Redditch and Knowle, you'll be the central point for customer queries and transactions.

This permanent, part-time role offers 20 hours per week (09:00–14:00, Monday – Friday / 09:30 - 12:30 Saturday) with a salary of £14,241 per annum. You’ll join a team dedicated to customer experience, safety, and community presence.
