Relief Support Worker – Flexible Shifts in Supported Living

Royal Mencap Society in Cranleigh is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team. You will help five individuals with learning disabilities with daily living tasks at home and in the community, offering emotional support and companionship.

This role involves flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, personal care, mobility support, and helping people maintain independence. We value empathy, clear communication and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
