Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update digital filing systems, databases, and records with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant , Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and project management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with standard office software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
