About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Remote Administrative Coordinator to join their distributed team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks that support our operational efficiency and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling virtual meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
- Facilitate communication between different departments and remote team members.
- Process and track invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Support the onboarding process for remote employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator , Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and projects effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and office software.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across different platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
