Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual skincare consultations via video call, assessing client needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
• Develop personalized skincare routines and treatment plans based on individual skin concerns and goals.
• Educate clients on product ingredients, usage, and the science behind effective skincare.
• Maintain detailed client records and track progress towards their skincare objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, ingredients, and technologies in the aesthetic and skincare industry.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and informative client experience throughout the remote engagement process.

Requirements

• CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent advanced aesthetic qualification is required.
• Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience as an Aesthetician or advanced Skincare Specialist.
• Proven ability to conduct effective virtual consultations and build strong client rapport remotely.
• Excellent knowledge of diverse skin types, conditions, and professional skincare products.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with a professional online presence.
