About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Agricultural Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing vast datasets related to farming operations, crop performance, market trends, and environmental factors. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize agricultural data from various sources, including sensor networks, farm management software, and external databases.
• Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to forecast crop yields, identify risks, and optimize resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and research teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Agricultural Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong portfolio of data analysis projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with agricultural concepts, farming practices, or the agriculture industry is a significant advantage.
