About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Agritech Sales Specialist to join their innovative company, working remotely from anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced agricultural technologies, including precision farming tools, software solutions, and data management platforms, to farmers and agricultural businesses. This role requires a deep understanding of both agricultural practices and the technological solutions that drive efficiency and sustainability within the Agriculture & Forestry sector. You will build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their operations through cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural sector, focusing on agritech solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships based on trust and expertise.
• Understand client needs and articulate how our client's technology offerings can provide solutions and drive value.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales targets.
• Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and trends.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales , preferably within the agricultural technology or agricultural sectors.
• Strong understanding of modern farming techniques and agricultural technology (e.g., precision farming, farm management software, sensors, drones).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve ambitious targets in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for innovation and technology in agriculture.
