Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert agronomic advice and technical support to clients remotely via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Analyze soil samples, crop health data, and yield information to develop tailored crop management plans.
• Recommend optimal fertilization, irrigation, and pest/disease control strategies based on scientific principles and data analytics.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in agronomy, crop science, and agricultural technology.
• Assist clients in the implementation and utilization of precision agriculture tools and software.
• Develop educational materials and best practice guides for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related agricultural discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in agronomy or crop advisory services.
• Strong understanding of plant physiology, soil chemistry, and integrated pest management.
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze agricultural data, including remote sensing and soil testing results.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills, comfortable working in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with agricultural software, data analysis tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
