About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled Remote Agronomist Specialist to join their innovative agricultural technology team. In this fully remote position, you will provide expert agronomic advice and data analysis to support farmers across various regions, leveraging cutting-edge digital tools and platforms. You will play a critical role in helping clients optimize crop yields, improve soil health, and implement sustainable farming practices through remote consultations and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert agronomic advice and technical support to clients remotely via digital platforms.
• Analyze soil, weather, and crop data to develop tailored recommendations for clients.
• Assist clients in optimizing fertilizer application, irrigation, and pest management strategies.
• Conduct virtual farm assessments and collaborate with clients on implementing best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in agronomy and sustainable agriculture.
• Contribute to the development of new agronomic tools and services within the company's digital ecosystem.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in agronomy, preferably with a focus on crop advising.
• Proficiency in using agricultural software, data analysis tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Excellent understanding of plant physiology, soil science, and integrated pest management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients virtually.
• Self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively in a remote work environment.
