Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain specifications for air traffic control (ATC) systems and software.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including air traffic controllers, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
- Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements for efficiency and safety.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Aerospace) or a related field.
- Significant experience in air traffic control systems, radar, navigation, or communication systems.
- Understanding of aviation operational requirements and safety management systems.
- Experience with system integration, testing, and validation in a complex operational environment.
- Knowledge of relevant ATC standards and regulations (e.g., ICAO, EUROCONTROL).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and remote communication skills.
