Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-fidelity mathematical models of aircraft systems (e.g., flight controls, hydraulics, engines, avionics) for simulation purposes.
• Integrate system models into real-time simulation environments, ensuring accurate representation of aircraft behaviour.
• Collaborate closely with simulation developers, software engineers, and human factors specialists.
• Analyse aircraft technical data, flight test results, and maintenance logs to validate simulation models.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to aircraft system simulations and performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of simulation fidelity and training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in aircraft systems engineering or simulation modelling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, MATLAB/Simulink.
• Strong understanding of aircraft aerodynamics, flight controls, and other key aircraft systems.
• Experience with real-time simulation environments and software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
