We are seeking an Apprenticeship Coach to guide adult learners across leadership, digital, AI and automation pathways, supporting progression to End Point Assessment.

You’ll coach ~45–50 learners, tailor journeys, provide feedback, and collaborate with employers to secure meaningful workplace evidence.
