About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Remote Architectural Project Lead to guide and manage a variety of architectural projects from start to finish, all while working from home. This role is ideal for an experienced architect who excels at remote collaboration, project management, and client communication. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest architectural standards, leveraging digital tools to maintain seamless project flow. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptualization to final delivery in a remote setting.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Coordinate effectively with remote design teams, consultants, and clients using digital platforms.
• Oversee the production of high-quality architectural drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building regulations, planning approvals, and client specifications.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a minimum of 7 years of project leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
• Excellent remote communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with UK building codes and planning procedures.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity in a remote work environment.
