About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage architectural projects from initiation to closure, working entirely from home. This role requires exceptional communication, planning, and execution skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, regardless of geographical location. You will be responsible for coordinating with dispersed teams, clients, and consultants, leveraging digital tools to maintain seamless collaboration and project oversight. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of architectural projects, from feasibility studies and design development through to construction and post-completion.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies using digital collaboration platforms.
- Oversee the procurement process, including consultant selection and contract administration.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and building codes.
Requirements
- A degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, with proven project management experience.
- Demonstrable experience managing architectural projects from start to finish, preferably in a remote or distributed team setting.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com) and BIM tools (e.g., Revit ).
- Excellent understanding of architectural design processes, construction methods, and UK building regulations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
