About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Remote Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic and dispersed team. This position is entirely remote, focusing on producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications for a variety of construction projects across the UK . You will work closely with architects and project managers to translate design concepts into buildable solutions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the latest building regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, construction details, and specifications using CAD and BIM software.
• Ensure all technical documentation complies with current UK building regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to resolve technical issues and refine designs.
• Assist in the preparation of tender packages and construction phase documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized project files and documentation remotely.

Requirements

• HNC/HND or Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong technical portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
• Solid understanding of UK building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
