Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality architectural visualizations, including still images and animations, from 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Utilize advanced rendering software and techniques to achieve photorealistic results.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret design intent and translate it into compelling visuals.
• Manage visualization project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization and 3D rendering.
• Optimize rendering processes for efficiency and quality across various platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualiser, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or similar.
• Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Revit) for model import and integration.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and post-production techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage workload independently.
