Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and investigate potential cybersecurity incidents across automotive networks and systems.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on connected car platforms and related infrastructure.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices for automotive cybersecurity.
• Analyze threat intelligence and stay updated on the latest cybersecurity risks and attack vectors relevant to the automotive sector.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct forensic analysis, and recommend remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security considerations into the vehicle development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on automotive or IoT security.
• Strong understanding of network security principles, cryptography, and security protocols.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, UDS) and relevant security standards (e.g., ISO 21434).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
