Our client is looking for a talented Remote Automotive Software Developer to contribute to the development of innovative in-car infotainment and connectivity systems. Working from home, you will collaborate with a distributed team of engineers to design, code, and test software solutions that enhance the driver and passenger experience. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust software modules for automotive infotainment systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and UI/UX designers, to integrate software solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automotive software development and contribute to architectural discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Experience with embedded systems, real-time operating systems (RTOS), or automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet).
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for developing high-quality software for complex systems.
