Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical assistance and troubleshooting for a wide range of automotive systems.

Requirements
- Significant experience as an Automotive Technician , preferably with a focus on diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems, including engine management, ABS, and emissions.
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to clearly explain technical information to individuals with varying levels of expertise.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is highly desirable.
