About the Role

Our client is actively recruiting for a diligent and experienced Remote Aviation Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory adherence for their operations, working exclusively from a remote location across the UK. This critical role ensures that all activities meet aviation standards and legal requirements. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, conducting audits, and providing expert guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety and operational integrity, all managed through effective virtual collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain aviation compliance policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to relevant aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, CAA).
• Investigate compliance issues, analyse root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the company during external audits and inspections.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements and best practices in a remote learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, Business, or a related field.
• Significant experience in aviation regulatory compliance, auditing, or safety management.
• In-depth knowledge of UK and international aviation regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a remote setting.
