About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Remote Aviation Data Analyst to transform vast amounts of aviation data into actionable insights. Working from home, you will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, safety, and decision-making across various departments. Your responsibilities will include collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets related to flight operations, maintenance, safety, and customer behavior. You will collaborate virtually with stakeholders to identify trends, develop reports, and provide data-driven recommendations that shape the future of their aviation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and clean large datasets from various aviation sources (e.g., flight logs, maintenance records, performance metrics).
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, safety, and business outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data manipulation and interpretation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with aviation data and concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective remote work.
