Our client is seeking a highly analytical and meticulous Remote Aviation Safety Analyst to join their expanding safety division. This role is crucial for proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating safety risks across their global aviation operations. You will be instrumental in reviewing safety data, incident reports, and audit findings to develop actionable recommendations for enhancing safety performance. Operating from anywhere, you will collaborate closely with flight operations, maintenance, and regulatory affairs teams to foster a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with all aviation safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze aviation safety data, including incident reports, hazard reports, and audit findings, to identify trends and root causes.
- Develop and implement safety management system (SMS) processes and procedures for proactive risk management.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for identified safety hazards across various operational domains.
- Prepare comprehensive safety reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior management and operational teams.
- Stay abreast of evolving aviation safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging safety technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in aviation safety analysis, risk management, or safety program development.
- Strong understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS) principles and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, communicating effectively across different time zones.
