Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality software applications for aviation-specific systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs and backend services supporting complex aviation data.
- Implement and optimize algorithms for data processing, simulation, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, providing timely support for deployed applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in software development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or C#.
- Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
