About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Remote Aviation Systems Analyst to join their forward-thinking team. You will play a crucial role in analysing complex aviation data, identifying trends, and developing strategic recommendations that directly impact the company's performance and safety protocols. Working from home, you will collaborate closely with ground operations, flight planning, and safety departments to ensure our client remains at the forefront of aviation innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse large datasets related to flight operations, maintenance logs, safety incidents, and performance metrics using advanced analytical tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational anomalies and safety events, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely to implement operational enhancements and track their effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting aviation systems analysis.
- Contribute to the development of predictive models for maintenance, flight delays, and safety risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or Data Analyst within the aviation industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of aviation operations, regulations, and safety management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote environment.
