Remote Aviation Training Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Remote Aviation Training Coordinator to manage and facilitate training programs for their global workforce. This fully remote role requires excellent logistical and communication skills to ensure the effective delivery of aviation-specific training, from initial onboarding to recurrent professional development. You will be responsible for scheduling courses, coordinating with instructors and trainees, and managing training records. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of various aviation training courses, both online and in-person.
• Liaise with internal departments and external training providers to arrange course content and delivery.
• Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, completion rates, and assessment results.
• Assist in the development and updating of training materials and curricula.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding training requirements and opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in training coordination, administration, or a related HR/operations role, preferably within aviation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working remotely.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and standard office software.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
