Interim Banking & Finance Lawyer sought by a leading international financial institution. 4-6 PQE with a strong private practice banking & finance background to support its Corporate Finance team on high-value financing transactions.

4-6 month contract, outside IR35, remote from UK. You'll structure, review and negotiate facility agreements, coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders on transaction execution.
