Remote Banking & Finance Lawyer — 4-6m Contract (UK)

Major, Lindsey & Africa is assisting a leading international financial institution in sourcing an interim Banking & Finance Lawyer (outside IR35) for a 4-6 month contract, remote from the UK. You will support the Corporate Finance team on high-value financing transactions.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years PQE in banking & finance, strong LMA/APLMA experience, and a background in private practice or in-house roles. Islamic finance exposure is advantageous but not essential.
