Remote BDM – Coatings Industry (OTE £80k)

TeamJobs is seeking an experienced remote-based Business Development Manager to join our client’s sales team in the coatings sector. The role requires a true hunter approach and proven success in new business development, with industry experience in Automotive Refinishing/Industrial/Wood Coatings.

This is a remote opportunity with occasional trips to the head office near Portsmouth. The package includes £45,000–£50,000 base, DOE, OTE around £80,000, plus a company car and expense coverage.
