Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Remote Beauty & Skincare Consultant to join their dynamic online beauty advisory team, based in Newcastle upon Tyne but operating entirely remotely. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking personalized advice on skincare routines, product selection, and beauty treatments via digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the beauty industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients through virtual consultations. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales by providing expert, tailored recommendations from the comfort of your home, contributing to our client's digital-first strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend suitable products and routines.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of beauty and skincare products, brands, and application techniques.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and video calls, offering personalized solutions and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry innovations.
- Document client interactions and feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
- Achieve set targets for client satisfaction and conversion rates through effective consultation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the beauty or skincare industry, either in retail, advisory, or therapeutic roles.
- Extensive knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and common skin concerns.
- Excellent virtual communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
- Proficiency with online communication tools and CRM systems.
