About the Role

This role involves providing personalized coaching, educational resources, and motivational support through virtual channels. You will empower clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes, integrating beauty and wellness practices into their daily routines, and contributing to the platform's mission of holistic self-care from your home base in Cambridge or any other location.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess needs and set personalized goals.
• Develop customized wellness and beauty plans, incorporating nutrition, fitness, stress management, and skincare advice.
• Provide ongoing support and accountability through online communication channels (email, chat, video calls).
• Create and deliver engaging content such as webinars, articles, and social media posts on beauty and wellness topics.
• Track client progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stay current with industry research, trends, and best practices in holistic wellness and beauty.

Requirements

• Certification in Health Coaching, Wellness Coaching, or a related field (e.g., nutrition, cosmetology).
• Proven experience in coaching or advising clients on health, beauty, and lifestyle matters.
• Excellent understanding of holistic wellness principles and beauty trends.
• Strong virtual communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
