About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Behavioural Support Specialist to join their expanding virtual care team. This role is pivotal in providing expert guidance and support to individuals, families, and other professionals remotely, addressing complex behavioural challenges across various age groups and settings. You will utilize telecommunication technologies to conduct assessments, design behaviour intervention plans, and offer consultation, contributing to improved outcomes and enhanced quality of life for clients nationwide. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work from any location in the UK, focusing on impactful behavioural support without geographical constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote behavioural assessments using validated online tools and structured interviews.
- Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual needs.
- Provide direct remote support and coaching to clients and their caregivers via video calls and online platforms.
- Offer consultation and training to other professionals, such as teachers and support staff, on behavioural strategies.
- Monitor client progress, analyse data, and adjust intervention plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and prepare detailed progress reports.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), or a related field.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in behaviour analysis and intervention, with proven success in developing and implementing BIPs.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual communication technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret behavioural data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders remotely.
