About the Role

This role is centered around leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance design coordination, efficiency, and project delivery. You will work as part of a dispersed team, collaborating through digital platforms to develop BIM models, manage data, and ensure seamless integration of architectural information. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring adherence to BIM standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (structural, MEP) to coordinate models and resolve clashes.
• Produce architectural drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from BIM models.
• Implement BIM workflows and best practices across the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and guidance on BIM usage to project teams.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with significant experience in BIM implementation and management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination is highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, suited for a remote working environment.
