About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Remote BIM Architect to join their digitally focused practice, contributing to projects across the UK and internationally. This role is central to driving the adoption and effective utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout the design and construction lifecycle, working entirely remotely. You will lead BIM strategies, develop standards, and ensure seamless collaboration among distributed project teams. This is a unique opportunity for an architect with deep BIM expertise to influence project delivery and standards from a remote location, shaping how projects are designed and managed digitally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes across projects.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and project protocols.
• Create and manage architectural models and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors through virtual platforms.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and client requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architect with a strong specialization in BIM.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and a deep understanding of BIM Level 2 and above.
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM strategies and standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills suitable for remote work.
• Professional architectural qualification (e.g., RIBA).
• Familiarity with other BIM-related software and interoperability standards.
