Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM execution plans and protocols across various construction projects.
• Coordinate the creation and management of 3D models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution processes, working with design and construction teams to identify and address potential conflicts.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows, promoting best practices.
• Manage and organize BIM project data, ensuring efficient sharing and accessibility for all authorized users.
• Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to integrate their models and data into the central project model.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar BIM-focused role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies , standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and workflows.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related platforms.
• Experience with clash detection software and techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
