Remote Business Analysis Manager – Workforce & Payroll

Stryker is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to own UKG and ADP domains across HR, payroll, and workforce management. You will partner with Global HR, Payroll, and Operations to align capabilities with business goals and ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

In this role you will drive roadmaps, lead cross-functional initiatives, and support multi-country deployments while optimizing processes and governance. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years’ experience are required.
