Remote Catering Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Catering Coordinator to manage their virtual and remote catering operations. In this fully remote position, you will be the primary point of contact for coordinating meal deliveries, virtual event catering logistics, and ensuring seamless experiences for distributed teams. You will work closely with clients and third-party vendors to manage orders, schedules, and feedback, ensuring a high level of service delivery from anywhere. This role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex logistics remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of remote catering orders, including menu selection, delivery logistics, and dietary requirement accommodations.
• Act as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and external catering partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to remote catering orders or deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, client preferences, and vendor performance.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of remote catering processes and client service standards.
• Gather client feedback and use it to improve future catering experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event coordination , hospitality, or a similar client-facing role, preferably with remote work experience.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in using online collaboration tools, project management software, and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a remote setting.
