Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all logistical aspects of catering operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for events nationwide.

• Implement and refine operational procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of food safety and presentation across all events.
• Oversee the remote management of kitchen teams and event staff, providing clear direction, support, and performance feedback.
• Utilize technology and digital platforms to track inventory, manage orders, monitor event progress, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering operations management or a similar logistical management role.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and coordinate complex event logistics from a distance.
