Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of catering services, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in catering operations management or a similar senior role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex catering operations remotely.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant operational software and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
