Remote Charity Fundraiser & Telesales Advisor — Commission

Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd is hiring a Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor. The role is based at home for a Bristol-based charity fundraising call centre and requires you to work remotely with a reliable computer and broadband.

You will undertake phone-based fundraising, follow a scripted call approach, and join regular Zoom training sessions. The shift runs 12:00–20:00, five days a week, plus one Saturday per week with potential overtime.
