Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute laboratory experiments to develop and optimize chemical synthesis routes and processes.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and develop scale-up strategies for promising processes.
• Prepare technical reports, process descriptions, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D scientists and engineers to ensure seamless transition from lab-scale to pilot-scale operations.
• Identify and evaluate new process technologies and equipment relevant to product development.
• Ensure all development activities are conducted with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental responsibility.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in process development, R&D, or chemical synthesis.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory experimentation and process optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with basic process simulation and data analysis tools.
• Good understanding of chemical principles, reaction mechanisms, and separation techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective for remote collaboration.
