Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of new chemical processes, from bench-scale to pilot plant.
• Design and optimize reaction and separation processes using advanced modeling and simulation techniques.
• Conduct virtual experimental design (DoE) and data analysis to drive process improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and present findings to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams using digital collaboration tools.
• Ensure all process designs meet stringent safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related field with a strong research background.
• Significant experience in process development , scale-up, and optimization of complex chemical systems.
• Proficiency in chemical process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, SuperPro Designer) and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative setting.
• Excellent understanding of reaction engineering, physical separations, and process control.
• Strong scientific curiosity and a passion for innovation.
