You will work independently, collaborating virtually with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient scale-up and robust production methods. Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize laboratory-scale chemical syntheses and processes.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex chemical reactions and process challenges.
• Utilize a range of analytical techniques (e.g., NMR, MS, HPLC, GC) for reaction monitoring and product characterization.
• Develop scalable and cost-effective manufacturing processes for new chemical entities.
• Document experimental procedures, results, and process parameters meticulously.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D chemists, engineers) in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in chemical process development, preferably within pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, or related industries.
• Proven expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and process scale-up.
• Strong proficiency with modern analytical instrumentation and data interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple research projects remotely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong scientific track record.
