Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the scale-up of chemical processes, ensuring technical viability and economic feasibility.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments related to scale-up activities and implement mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with R&D scientists, pilot plant engineers, and manufacturing teams virtually to ensure smooth technology transfer.
• Optimize process designs for robustness, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness at commercial scale.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including scale-up reports, operating manuals, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• 5-7 years of experience in chemical process engineering, with a strong emphasis on scale-up projects.
• Demonstrated success in bringing new chemical processes from development to commercialization.
• Proficiency in process simulation and modeling relevant to scale-up.
• Experience with project management methodologies, especially in a remote context.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
