Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize chemical processes, ensuring scalability, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) using digital tools.
• Conduct process simulations and economic evaluations for new and existing chemical manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams through virtual meetings, digital platforms, and shared documentation systems.
• Troubleshoot process issues remotely, providing technical guidance and solutions to operational teams.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in chemical engineering for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in chemical process design, simulation, and scale-up.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD) and 3D modeling software.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on digital collaboration.
• Familiarity with process safety management (PSM) principles and HAZOP analysis .
