Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and optimize chemical processes using advanced simulation software.
- Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation for process designs.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders through virtual communication tools.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical engineering technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in chemical process design and simulation.
- Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
