Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex chemical processes worldwide.
• Analyze process data to identify root causes of operational inefficiencies, quality issues, or safety concerns.
• Develop and recommend solutions for process optimization, waste reduction, and energy conservation.
• Conduct remote process hazard analyses (PHAs) and support the implementation of safety improvements.
• Collaborate with site-based engineering and operations teams via virtual platforms to ensure successful implementation of recommendations.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting chemical processing.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering , with a strong focus on troubleshooting and optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of chemical unit operations and process technologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency with process simulation tools and advanced data analysis software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience working effectively in a remote team setting.
