About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Chief Mining Analyst to lead their advanced analytics and market intelligence efforts for global mining operations, including their hub in Norwich . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sophisticated analytical models to forecast commodity prices, market demand, and supply chain dynamics within the mining sector .
• Analyze operational data from exploration, extraction, and processing to identify key performance drivers and areas for optimization.
• Conduct economic feasibility studies for new projects and existing asset expansions.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mining Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, market intelligence, or data science , with a significant focus on the mining or natural resources industry .
