Remote Chief of Staff to Founder — AI Presentation Lead

Ethos is seeking a Chief of Staff to the founder to help train the latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across boards, offsites, all-hands, and strategy documents while owning executive communications end to end.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Compensation is $80/hour, reflecting senior-level support to C-suite executives and the founder.
