Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support to parents and educators on child development from infancy through early childhood.
• Develop personalised strategies and resources to address specific developmental, behavioural, or learning needs.

• Stay updated on the latest research, theories, and best practices in child development and early years education.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or equivalent in Child Development, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience working directly with children, families, or professionals in an advisory or educational capacity.
• Excellent understanding of developmental psychology and pedagogical approaches for young children.
• Strong virtual communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment, with an understanding of diverse family needs relevant to areas like Derby .
