Our client is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Remote Child Development Advisor to provide essential guidance and support to families and early years professionals. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively connect with clients via virtual platforms, helping them understand and support children's growth. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support to parents and educators on child development from infancy through early childhood.
- Develop personalised strategies and resources to address specific developmental, behavioural, or learning needs.

- Stay updated on the latest research, theories, and best practices in child development and early years education.
- Maintain confidential records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements
- A Master's degree or equivalent in Child Development, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience working directly with children, families, or professionals in an advisory or educational capacity.
- Excellent understanding of developmental psychology and pedagogical approaches for young children.
- Strong virtual communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment, with an understanding of diverse family needs relevant to areas like Derby .
